Situated in the heart of downtown Rome yet outside the ZTL, it offered peace of mind for those traveling with a car, with ample free parking available nearby. the owner, Mario, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The facilities provided at the B&B were sufficient, including a washing machine which was convenient for longer stays. While the amenities such as ironing facilities and complimentary toiletries were basic, they served their purpose adequately. the option to cook in the well-equipped kitchenette was a bonus for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, Eat&Sleep Bed & Breakfast offers good value for money, especially for those looking to explore Rome on foot. If you're seeking a comfortable and convenient stay without the frills of a luxury hotel, this B&B is a solid choice for your Roman holiday.
